Ray Jorgensen MS

Ray Jorgensen is a serial entrepreneur and national healthcare reimbursement professional. A CPC since 1996, Ray has become a nationally prominent speaker whose motivational style and unique perspective aCord audiences unusual and thought-provoking insight around healthcare financial issues. In 1998, he co-founded PMG, a nation leading, health center focused, outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM) firm. Having personally trained thousands of providers and financial/billing professionals in all 50 states on coding, billing, and reimbursement, he has also authored several books and dozens of articles.

Early on in his career, Ray worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts and United HealthCare in hospital claims, customer service, provider relations and contracting. After a 2020 exit from PMG RCM & RevenueHealth and a 2025 exit from PMG Credentialing, Ray retains equity positions in Patient360 (a Medicare Quality Payment Program registry), Tendur (a healthcare payments, ecommerce, & client engagement platform), and Vetta Growth Partners (a private equity group acquiring RCM related entities).
