Rachel Nagengast is a program specialist in the department of Research, Evaluation, and Innovation at Access Community Health Network. Her work as an evaluator supports qualitative research initiatives and program analysis, which is critical to how ACCESS develops and evolves its programs and services to best meet the ever-changing needs of ACCESS’ underserved communities. Rachel’s academic background in gender and sexuality studies and ethics, paired with her previous experience in health care settings, developed her interest in working at the intersection of health care and social justice.
