Olivia Shockey, M.Ed. M.Ed.

Olivia Shockey, M.Ed., is the Expansion Director within the Office of Policy and Program Development in the Bureau of Primary Health Care at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Ms. Shockey’s staff develop the funding opportunities that grow and expand the Health Center Program. Recently they have also connected with health centers about their supplemental funding. Prior to joining HRSA, Ms. Shockey monitored community-based prevention grants at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and enjoys leveraging her past community-based experience to impact the health of the nation in her current role.
