Nova Thayer is the Program Associate in the Federal Affairs team at NACHC’s Public Policy and Research Division. She provides support with federal policy analysis and research, congressional outreach and communications, event planning and preparations, legislative monitoring, and other NACHC initiatives.
She previously worked at the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA), a national industry association. During her time at FCHEA she worked to analyze legislative issues supporting innovative clean energy technologies. She also previously worked at a lobbying group focused on international topics called Kyle House Group. During her time at Kyle House Group, she worked on global health, food security, vaccine deployment, and international development.
