Molly Evans JD

Molly Shuttleworth Evans is a partner at the firm and practices in the health care group. For the last 20 years she has assisted community health centers with regulatory, transactional, corporate compliance and risk management matters. Ms. Evans also regularly counsels health centers on Section 330 program compliance, FTCA, nonprofit governance, patient privacy and confidentiality. Ms. Evans previously served as in-house counsel at a large community health center in Washington, D.C. As in-house counsel, Ms. Evans had primary responsibility for identifying and managing the legal risk issues, as well as for providing legal advice in the areas of transactional and regulatory health care, corporate compliance, employment and risk management, including patient safety.
