Mindy Hangsleben brings a strong Engineering & Healthcare background with considerable experience in process improvement using Lean, Agile and Human Centered Design, electronic clinical quality measures, value-based care payment models, health IT implementation, and federal healthcare policy. For over 10 years she has been working with the federal government and healthcare organizations to transform from a fee for service to value-based care delivery system. This work has included providing technical assistance and training to healthcare practices to use improvement methodologies, interpreting federal policy to help practices transform care delivery, and leading clinical care workflow improvement and re-design initiatives. Mindy holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
