Melina Visser Psy.D.

Dr. Visser is a licensed psychologist working in Quality Improvement and Compliance at Citrus Health Network (CHN), a federally qualified health center. She served as a member of the primary care medical team providing behavioral medicine and behavioral health services as part of a team-based approach to patient care, and supervised trainees in this setting. Dr. Visser has an interest in the provision of quality integrated health care for diverse and underserved populations and continues to work on the development of this model at CHN and provides external consultation and presentations on the implementation of this approach. She is the chair of CHN’s Scholarly Activity Committee and is involved in research in the areas of health psychology, integrated care, pedagogy, and professional development.
