Meghan Erkel is a Senior Project Manager at Health Outreach Partners and brings over 10 years of Public Health experience using project management, data, and research to drive health equity and systemic change to underserved communities. She is particularly passionate about designing programs that empower community health workers and increase access to maternal, child, and reproductive health services. She most recently co-designed a curriculum on Outreach & Enrollment in preparation for the unwinding across the United States. Prior to HOP, Meghan’s experience was primarily internationally based in Latin America, the Caribbean and Sub-Saharan Africa working on various health projects with both bilateral and multilateral agencies. After graduating with an MPH in Global Health from the University of Washington, Meghan spent two years in Peru as a Fulbright-Fogarty KUSKAYA Fellow conducting research on an early childhood development program to identify gaps and opportunities to inform policy measures by the broader Peruvian Health System. She’s particularly passionate about improving the health and wellness of farmworker families and their children.
