Meg Meador, MPH, C-PHI, CPHQ, serves as Director of Clinical Integration and Education at the National Association of Community Health Centers. She currently leads several CDC-sponsored national Million Hearts initiatives with health centers focused on improving blood pressure control for African Americans, optimizing use of statin therapy for patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease, and increasing uptake of self-measured blood pressure monitoring. Previously, she worked at a health center-controlled network, a payer, and as a US. Army Medical Service Corps Officer. Ms. Meador earned her BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, her MPH from UNC-Chapel Hill, a certificate in Public Health Informatics from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
