Matthew S. Freedus is a partner at the firm and practices in its health care and litigation groups. He advises and represents corporate clients in a wide range of civil and administrative enforcement matters, including government audits and investigations. He also assists clients with internal investigations and compliance programs to prevent or mitigate the risk of such enforcement actions. Before joining the firm, Mr. Freedus served as a judge advocate in the United States Navy and represented service members facing charges of espionage, mishandling of classified information, homicide, fraud, and larceny, among others.
