Mary Cieslicki

Mary E. Cieslicki, MHS consults on Medicaid payment and coverage policy. Prior to working with NACHC she served as a Technical Director for the CMS Financial Management Group. During her tenure she led the FQHC Team, upper payment limit (UPL) Team and school-based services (SBS) Team. She used her experience in payment and cost reporting to help develop reimbursement policy for certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHC). Prior to her federal service Mary Cieslicki was finance director of a FQHC. She is a graduate of Macalester College and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
