Marty Carty

As the Government Affairs Director at the Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA), Marty is involved in a multitude of policy and advocacy discussions and decision-making that impact federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) both in Oregon and nationally. His responsibilities include leading OPCA’s state and federal legislative activity, grassroots advocacy, and regulatory engagement. He also administers OPCA’s Pharmacy Directors advisory group.
