Maridette Schloe is the Director of Population Health & Quality of Care Improvement at Omni Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with administrative headquarters in Bakersfield, California. Omni Family Health has been expanding throughout the Central Valley with 34 health centers. Ms. Schloe directs innovations, population health initiatives, quality and practice transformation strategies aimed at improving the health of patients, families and communities. Omni has been the recipient of several quality awards in recent years.
Ms. Schloe’s experience in health includes academic, public health, non-profit, and health systems with work on quality and patient safety initiatives in hospitals, behavioral health, long term care and in community care. She has a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
