Lori Nichols is the Director of Business and Partnership Development for the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (NIMAA) where she collaborates with health centers across the country on establishing new clinical externships and continuing education opportunities for medical assistants. She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting, training, and capacity building. Before joining NIMAA, Lori served as a Senior Consultant with John Snow Inc. and the Lewin Group, leading primary care transformation efforts in value-based payment models. Lori received her Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
