Dr. McCoy is an Assistant Professor at A.T. Still University’s (ATSU) School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona (SOMA). She oversees SOMA’s faculty development program and is a member of ATSU’s 2020 Beyond Flexner Conference Steering committee. As a member of the Arizona Interprofessional Education Nexus and chair of the ATSU-SOMA Interprofessional (IPE) sub-committee, she collaboratively develops IPE curricula and conducts innovation projects for healthcare education and workforce training for primary care. She is currently developing innovative IPE curricula for behavioral health integration at community health centers, master adaptive learning, and co-developing a digital workforce training magazine.
