Kricket Zaro

Kricket joined West County Health Centers in 2017, and has over 20 years of experience in small to mid-size organizations providing strategic leadership to senior managers in startup and fast growth organizations. Her experience includes talent acquisition and talent management, training, career development, and employee relations. Kricket has experience in various industries including professional services, health care, nonprofit, agency, and high-tech. She earned her master’s degree in business from Ashford University; and holds an AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and Prosci Change Management Certification, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Kricket is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
