Senior Project Manager, National Health Care for the Homeless Council

Kimberly Chiaramonte is the Senior Project Manager at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council leading the Vaccine Ambassador Project funded by the National Association of Community Health Centers by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Temple University and a Master of Social Service from Bryn Maw College. She has over two decades of professional experience enriching the lives of underserved individuals in urban and rural communities, clinically and organizationally. Her experience can be broken down into grant management, FQHC administration and direct service. She has over 5 years working directly in an FQHC serving those unhoused while advocating for change within systems and over 15 years of experience leading Federal grants that had deliverables driven by peers and paraprofessionals. Kimberly has experience with HIV, LGBTQIA, harm reduction, and homelessness. For fun Kim enjoys running, traveling, and eating delicious food.
