Kelli C. Johnson is a results-oriented health care program manager with over 25 years of healthcare experience. Based in Washington, DC, she has excelled in building exceptional rapport and relationships across all levels of organizations, working collaboratively with FQHC’s, community-based organizations, state Medicaid agencies, and plans. In her current role, Kelli oversees strategic planning for evolving value-based care work, focusing on patient experience, quality, outcomes, and the reduction of the total cost of care. Leading a multidisciplinary team, she is instrumental in improving the total cost of care and quality. During her time at Suncoast Community Health Center, Inc., Kelli spearheaded daily operations, provider training, and program monitoring. She successfully managed a $3-million-dollar HRSA grant to develop and launch a FQHC mobile clinic, increasing yearly patient visits to over 5,000 mobile encounters per year. Her commitment to public health is evident through her involvement in various leadership roles and service activities, including chairing the Federally Qualified Health Center Advisory Board for the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies.
