Katie Ballengee serves as the Deputy Office Director of the Office of Northern Health Services (ONHS) in HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care. ONHS oversees program monitoring and grantee assistance for more than 700 Federally Qualified Health Centers, with a budget of more than $2 billion. Katie's past leadership roles include Director of the North Central Division in HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care. She has been with BPHC for over 10 years, serving as a Project Officer, Branch Chief and Division Director. Ms. Ballengee has significantly contributed in many transformational initiatives in BPHC, including streamlining the Change in Scope process and development of the Compliance Resolution Opportunity.
