Telehealth Program Manager, Community Care Cooperative (C3)
Kati Moran, MPH is the Senior Manager for Telehealth and Performance Improvement at Community Care Cooperative (C3). In this role, she leads the organization’s work to build and implement sustainable and equitable telehealth models across C3’s member health centers, and across the FQHCs participating in the Massachusetts FQHC Telehealth Consortium. In addition, she supports various improvement initiatives across the organization and member FQHCs. She co-developed the FQHC Telehealth Consortium’s online Telehealth Playbook, an online resource for telehealth implementation strategies and best practices for FQHCs. Prior to this role, she served as Quality Program Manager at C3. Kati holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Public Health from Boston University.
