Kathleen Figoni MHA

As a senior program manager, Kathleen helps strengthen the health and well-being of historically underinvested communities by leading initiatives that build capacity through human-centered design, multi-sector partnerships and care delivery transformation. She helps lead a range of programs within CCI’s focus areas, including our award-winning Catalyst program. Kathleen came to CCI with more than six years of experience working in the health care safety net. She has a longstanding commitment to serving and addressing upstream factors that adversely affect the health and equity of communities. She’s served in a variety of capacities — program manager, facilitator, consultant, and trainer. Prior to CCI, Kathleen worked at a federally qualified health center in the North Bay where she oversaw the innovation portfolio. There, she used design and systems thinking methodologies along with process improvement to help problem solve and respond to the ever-evolving needs of the community.
