Dr. Judy Lapinski is a strategic and results-driven executive with 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare field. With a strong history of repeated successes in her professional career, she launched the consulting firm JL Healthcare Solutions in 2017. JL Healthcare Solutions offers guidance in financial management, leadership training, clinical quality and operational improvements, compliance, strategic planning and governance, project management, program building, and readiness for risk-based contracting and value-based care. Dr. Lapinski is also a Registered Pharmacist who has spent much of her career working within the 340b prescription drug discount program and is a subject matter expert in the area.
