John A. Fairman became the Delta Health Center CEO in 2009; is a native of Mississippi; received a BS from Hardin-Simmons University, and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University; and has served as CEO/Executive at:

He’s currently on the Board of Directors of the Community Health Association of MS (CHCAMS) and Mississippi Health Safe Net (HCCN). DHC was expanded from one clinic to 17 during his tenure. He was selected as the 2017 CEO of the Year by CHCAMS; NACHC’s Extraordinary Leadership Award, 2018; 2019 CEO of the Year by Mississippi United Family Life Center; 2019 Keynote Speaker, NJ Primary Care Association’s Annual Conference; and was supposed to be a Keynote Speaker at NACHC’s 2020 Agricultural Conference until COVID-19 hit. DHC has received a perfect OSV score in each of the last three reviews.
