Ms. Joanne Galindo

Joanne Galindo (she/her) is a Team Lead in the Office of Policy and Program Development in the Bureau of Primary Health Care at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. For the past several years, Joanne has guided the team developing the New Access Points funding opportunity, providing technical assistance to organizations applying to establish new primary care service delivery sites in the Health Center Program. Joanne also has experience reviewing look-alike initial designation applications, developing supplemental funding opportunities, and previously worked in HRSA’s Office of Federal Assistance Management. She earned her Master’s degree at The American University in Washington, DC.
