Jessamy Taylor

Jessamy Taylor, Office of Policy and Program Development, Bureau of Primary Health Care, leads a team that analyzes federal health care policies for Health Center Program implications and oversees special projects to inform the Program’s strategic development. Previously she worked in HRSA’s Office of Planning, Analysis and Evaluation, Office of Legislation and Federal Office of Rural Health Policy and in HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation and Office of the Assistant Secretary for Legislation. She worked on health care safety net issues at the National Health Policy Forum for ten years. She holds a master’s degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
