Jermaine Pope is the Manager of Mobile Health Operations and Training at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). In this role, Jermaine leveraged his extensive experience in mobile health operations to drive innovation and improve health center services. He is responsible for enhancing the delivery of healthcare services through mobile health technology, training staff, and fostering both patient and staff engagement. Prior to his role at NACHC, Jermaine served as the Mobile Health Operations Manager at Project Renewal, where he was instrumental in streamlining mobile health initiatives to expand access to care and improve operational efficiency. His expertise in the field led to Jermane joining the Mobile Healthcare Association Board of Directors in 2024.

Previously, Jermaine was a Program Director at Project Renewal’s Ana's Place Men’s Shelter, and Villa Supportive Housing programs. Where he focused on ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and aligning the organization's mission with DOHMH and OASAS standards. Jermaine's work is driven by his passion for advancing health equity and his commitment to social justice, which has shaped his approach to mobile health and his broader career in healthcare operations. His professional ethos remains centered on improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities through mobile health innovations.
