Jeremi M. M. Carswell MD

Originally from the Boston area, Dr. Carswell returned after completing her undergraduate studies in Philadelphia and has stayed local since that time. She attended medical school and residency at UMass, then traveled about 30 miles east to Boston where she completed a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at Boston Children's Hospital. After doing some research in congenital hypothyroidism and seeing general endocrine patients, Dr. Carswell assumed the directorship of GeMS, the country's first program tailored to gender non-conforming youth in adolescents in 2014.
