Jennifer Wichman is the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Compliance and Loan Closing Manager at Primary Care Development Corporation. She has 15 years of experience in lending. After two years at a traditional bank, she began her career in community development finance in 2012. She spent four years managing the lending arm of a CDFI/CDC – sourcing, underwriting, closing and servicing a portfolio of 11 different federal, state and local loan funds. She then accepted a position as the Executive Director for a small consumer CDFI for a year. Most recently, Jennifer spent seven years at a CDC in Phoenix, Arizona, starting as a Business Development Officer and advancing to VP, Closing Manager, where she successfully closed over 100 SBA 504 loans. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dickinson State University in North Dakota.
