Jane Rice JD

Jane Rice currently serves as the Compliance Officer for a Tulsa, Oklahoma based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Health Connection, Inc. She graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Rice served as an editor on the Tulsa Law Review, and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Liability. Mrs. Rice is passionate about adolescent reproductive health access and helped establish one of Oklahoma’s first teen reproductive health clinics.
