Jacki Leifer, a senior partner with Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell, has served as general counsel to NACHC for over 35 years. She leads the firm’s health law practice group and, in addition to her work with NACHC, works with primary care associations, health-center controlled networks, and hundreds of federally qualified health centers across the country. Prior to joining the law firm in 1980, Jacki was an Attorney Advisor in the Office of General Counsel, DHHS, where she served as principal counsel to the Bureau of Community Health Services (now the Bureau of Primary Health Care).
