Isa Iñiguez serves as the Associate Director of Workforce Development and Special Populations at the California Primary Care Association and is responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with healthcare stakeholders to address California's healthcare workforce shortages. Isa regularly engages in workforce-related government agency and partner stakeholder advisory councils to advocate for community health center needs and position community health centers as employers of choice. His team manages CPCA’s annual compensation & workforce assessments that strengthen a clinic’s compensation programs and enhance their recruitment and retention. In his free time, Isa is an avid lover of the outdoors and can often be found backpacking through new landscapes or exploring the food scene in foreign countries.
