Gracy Trinoskey-Rice

Gracy Trinoskey-Rice is a Policy Research and Data Analyst for the National Association of Community Health Centers, where she leads quantitative and qualitative research efforts and designs data-informed publications to inform policy priorities. Recent research topics include health center workforce, telehealth, Medicaid PHE flexibilities, behavioral health, and the 340B drug pricing discount program. Gracy previously conducted behavioral health research at Emory University, with a focus on substance use disorders, neuropsychiatric diseases, and early-life stress. Gracy is based in Washington, DC.
