Gillian Woods is the Quality Director at Community Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northwest Arkansas. She has served in this role since joining Community Clinic in 2020.
Gillian earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Adult Psychology from Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville and a doctorate in Gerontology from the University of Kansas. Her healthcare career began in Kansas as the head of a hospice Bereavement Department, followed by a shift to ambulatory care after moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2008.
When an opportunity arose to work at Community Clinic, Gillian jumped at the chance to reconnect with mission-driven, whole person care. Given a personal passion for quality, best practice comprehensive care, along with the belief that healthcare is a human right, working at a FQHC has been the highlight of a 20-year career.
