Gianna Van Winkle

Gianna Van Winkle is a Florida-native with almost 15 years of experience in developing Community Health Center Emergency Management programs. Initially focused on safety and compliance at a Miami-based Health Center, she later transitioned to a statewide Emergency Management role at New York’s Primary Care Association. In 2020, she joined the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC), providing support for Health Centers navigating COVID-19 pandemic, highly active hurricane seasons, and other emerging threats. Currently, Gianna leads FACHC’s robust Emergency Management programs that cover all-hazard training/technical assistance programs, situational awareness, and ongoing response/recovery efforts.
