Dr. Gagan Pawar is a highly accomplished healthcare executive and the CEO of Clinicas del Camino Real, Incorporated. With over two decades of education and experience, Dr. Pawar possesses a deep knowledge of healthcare systems and strategic planning. She served in numerous leadership roles both in the United States and abroad, with a rigorous focus on patient-centered care. After joining Clinicas as a Family Medicine Physician, she rose quickly to the role of Chief Medical Officer, where she played a crucial role in the organization’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and briefly served as Interim CEO. Since stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer, she has since expanded the organization to new locations and introduced new service lines to propel Clinicas to new heights in healthcare. Dr. Pawar continues to practice as a Family Medicine Physician for Clinicas, and has earned the recognition of Top 50 Most Influential People in the Region by the Pacific Coast Business Times, two years in a row.
