Fred Rachman MD

Chief Executive Officer, AllianceChicago

Dr. Rachman has more than 30 years' experience in primary health care delivery and administration, and extensive experience in community health center leadership and in directing community health center programs and research initiatives. He presently serves as Chief Executive Officer of AllianceChicago, a HRSA-funded network of primary care community health centers, which provides health information technology infrastructure utilized by more than 55 safety-net health centers in 18 states, and Co-Director of the Chicago Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center. He chairs the National Collaborative of HIT for the Underserved Advisory Board, and is a member of the KLAS Advisory Board. Dr. Rachman received his BA in Biology from Johns Hopkins University and his MD from Temple University.
