Ms. Pallai has worked in healthcare throughout the country as an educator, writer, and instructional designer. Recently, she created an educational model for the University of Minnesota’s Community-University Health Care Center focused on structured learning experiences (SLEs), preceptor development, and Narrative Health. Throughout her career, she has advocated for the utility of story as a means to develop community and enhance listening to varying perspectives and backgrounds.
Her professional work has been published in the Narrative Journal of Bioethics and Permanente Journal. Ms. Pallai is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University (B.A.) and New Mexico State University (MFA).
