Dinetta Armstrong is the Managing Director of Public Health Management Corporation. The division programming includes a network of six Federally Qualified Health Centers, primary care support in many shelters throughout the city of Philadelphia, Homeless Medical Respite, transitional service and home health assessment programming. She has approximately 20 years of experience successfully driving operational expansion in diverse healthcare organizations, healthcare strategic planning, HIPAA, managing change while ensuring fiscal solvency.
Ms. Armstrong achieved her MBA from Temple University, BS from Pennsylvania State University.
