Dewey Wooden LMHC

As a member of Health Care Center for the Homeless leadership, Dewey Wooden is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and serves as the Director of Behavioral Health. He oversees clinical behavioral services, street outreach, and permanent supportive housing- serving the at-risk populations of Central Florida, including persons experiencing homelessness and the medically indigent. Mr. Wooden has presented nationally on topics such as Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care, Creating New Funding Mechanisms for Supportive Housing: Health and Housing Partnerships, and Best Practice Encampment Engagement Strategies for Persons Experiencing Homelessness.
