Denise Crawford MSW, MBA

Denise Crawford is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Family Health Center (FHC) in Kalamazoo, Michigan — the only community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the region. Since 2009, Ms. Crawford’s oversight, direction and influence have been instrumental in shaping the sustainability and longevity of the organization that serves over 45,000 patients annually. She has worked tirelessly to improve quality of care, increase patient access & create exceptional customer service. Prior to joining FHC, Ms. Crawford served as Director of Physician Services and Ambulatory Care at Ascension Borgess-Lee Hospital. Ms. Crawford graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Science and a Master of Social Work. She received her Master in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
