Deila Davis is the Deputy Director of Federal Affairs at NACHC and an accomplished community health and fundraising leader. Prior to NACHC, Deila was the Director of Government Affairs at Access Community Health Network, an FQHC located in Chicago. In this role, she led their legislative and advocacy strategy at the local, state and federal levels. She also spearheaded individual giving, major events and corporate sponsorship campaigns at ACCESS and earlier at Providence-St. Mel School. Deila launched her career with the Detroit City Council as a policy analyst reviewing legislative proposals and analyzing economic redevelopment projects. Deila earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, MPP from the University of Michigan, and BA from Brown University.
