Debra McGrath MSN, FNP

Debra McGrath, MSN, FNP, serves as Director of Health Information Technology (HIT) at Health Federation of Philadelphia. She has extensive experience helping groups including FQHC’s with successful HIT implementation and optimization. She also has broad expertise assisting medical practices in creating a governance structure for HIT administration that ensures a reliable medical record containing accurate and complete patient data. Professionally, she brings a unique perspective from both the clinical and HIT points of view. Ms. McGrath earned a BS in nursing from West Chester University, a master’s degree in perinatal nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, attended Wilmington University to earn a post-masters Family Nurse Practitioner certificate, and has completed doctoral course work in the College of Information and Technology at Drexel University.
