David Faldmo has been working at the Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, Iowa since 1992. He is passionate about the mission of community health centers and serving the underserved. As Quality Director, David enjoys working with others to improve clinical outcomes and in process improvement efforts. In 2011, he completed the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship through the University of Kansas Medical Center. He has also completed the University of Michigan’s LEAN Healthcare training course. David obtained his master's of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa in 1992, bachelor's of Science from Morningside College in 1990, and associate's of Arts from Dixie College in 1987. From 1984-1986, he lived in Samoa serving a church mission.
