Dr. Anderson is Director of the Weitzman Institute, a research and education center established by Community Health Center, Inc. in Middletown, CT. He leads a diverse team working to improve primary care for the underserved. Weitzman’s programs, including Project ECHO, have reached hundreds of health centers in all 50 states. Dr. Anderson’s research focuses on specialty care access, telehealth, chronic pain management, and chronic disease management. Dr. Anderson obtained his undergraduate degree at Harvard College and his MD from Columbia University. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital and is a board certified general internist.
