Courtney Rowling MD

Ellen has over 30 years’ experience in health care including 14 years in senior level quality management positions at the national, state, healthcare system and facility level. Ellen served for 5 years as liaison with The Joint Commission (TJC) on a Professional and Technical Advisory Committee and the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Health Practitioner Advisory Council representative. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) since 1996. In her current position as Chief Compliance and Quality Officer at Desert Senita Community Health Center (DSCHC), she is responsible for coordination and implementation of various programs that require cross-functional engagement with clinical and operational departments including initiatives related to telehealth, the opioid epidemic, and behavior health substance use disorder program.
