Clinton Mayes is responsible for providing direction and guidance for FHCC operations. He works closely with the CEO in the operational implementation of the business plan, enhancement of the internal organization processes, and infrastructure that will allow FHCC to grow and fulfill its mission. Clinton has assisted the CEO with grant applications (NAP, SAC, etc.) and annual FTCA applications.
He was the primary author of FHCC’s PCMH application and FHCC received the PCMH QI supplemental base award (over $60,000). Clinton also coordinates the 340B Program (additional $250,000 annual income), including OPA annual re-certification. He has prior experience in managed care as a co-founder of a Medicaid HMO.
