Chris Snyder

Chris is the Operational Efficiency Manager at Open Door Community Health Centers. She has a rich background in software development, nursing education, medical device manufacturing, and quality management. She is a self-proclaimed data junkie and considers Excel and all things data her ultimate happy place. Chris has extensive experience in Lean process improvement and visual management. Her passion is working collaboratively to build positive and rewarding systems to increase patient access, improve patient care, and improve staff work-life balance. In her spare time, you’ll find Chris at the beach or on an adventure in the Redwoods with her husband and five senior rescue Chihuahuas.
