As Director, Quality Center at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), Dr. Cheryl Modica provides strategic direction in clinical quality and health center transformation. Dr. Modica is author of NACHC’s Value Transformation Framework, a conceptual model to guide health center system changes and support health center advancement toward value-based models of care. Dr. Modica has decades of experience designing, developing, and operationalizing innovative health care initiatives aimed toward integrating primary care and public health and translating evidence into practice. Dr. Modica previously served as Co-Director of NACHC's Patient-Centered Medical Home Institute and Director of the Bureau of Primary Health Care’s Patient Visit Redesign Collaborative. Dr. Modica earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health Administration from New York University’s School of Public Service.
