Chelsea Poole

Chelsea Poole is a Board Member at the Center for Family Health (CFFH), a FQHC located in Jackson, Michigan. As a board member she currently serves on the Finance/Facilities and the Advocacy/Marketing Committees. While previously employed with the Jackson Public Schools, she became knowledgeable of how the CFFH's school-based health center interfaced with students in the Elementary and Middle School settings. Chelsea is excited to share those experiences with attendees at the 2023 NACHC CHI Conference.
