Chanaye Jackson joined NACHC in 2017, where she supports and directs efforts and initiatives focused on data measurement, collection, and integrity in quality improvement and system change projects. She currently manages the data for a national collaborative, the Million Hearts project. The project, focused on self-measured blood pressure monitoring, is a collaboration with the CDC on Colorectal Cancer and practice transformation, and provides data and measurement support on an ad-hoc basis for other projects. Previously, she served in public health, research, and data roles in Panama, Washington, Louisiana, and New York. Chanaye earned her BA in English from the University of Washington and her Master of Public Health from Tulane University.
